- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today, I wasted time and petrol money visiting this shop.Myself and other customers stood outside waiting on the shop to open. when said opening time past, with no sign of the shutters coming up, staff stood on on side of the window, watching customers on the outside, but made no attempt to say why the shop remained closed. It was only after someone gesticulated, and pointed to their watch, that someone bothered to tell us the Pharmacist hadn't turned up ,so they couldn't open. Surely when these things happen, a small sign could be put up in the window? In this day of stiff competition shops should do all they can to retain customers, not chase them away.,by Jessie YoungSeptember 03, 2017
