- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Busy Practice, difficult to get an appointment but in this surgeries defense its the same situation across Scotland, nobody can get an appointment from Inverness to Dumfries when they want anymore the same all over Scotland. I dont blame the Dr or the surgery staff i blame our incompetent Scottish government who could not organise a Minoge. i have lived in the area for 45 years , it was a good surgery , but we now have an explosion of the population in the area with many new incomers that puts a strain on any public service especially when spending is cut. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with this practice for 18 years and apart from problems getting an appointment in the past it's great the staff do a great job work under major pressure but remain professional the reception staff get all the blame they are only doing their job great practice and I miss dr Paris he was a great gp as are the other drs who will be missed when they leave!by wendy mcpheeJuly 07, 2017
